How does this team contribute to Zoomcar?
Zoomcar’s Ops Excellence Team works towards ensuring a seamless experience throughout the lifecycle of customers(Renters and Hosts).
Zoomcar aims to offer users the best experience of listing and renting the car, and in this role, you will be
driving the key ops metric from both product and process standpoint. This team is going to be pivotal in transforming Zoomar into a pure-play marketplace for car rental.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
– Graduate in a Science Discipline ( Engineering background preferred)
– MBA desirable
– At least 1-3 years of post-qualification work experience
– Exhibits high analytical skills with a stronghold in Excel and SQL(preferred)
– Knowledge of Tableau and Python would be a definite plus.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Sound analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous and pressure environments.
– Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and engage and deliver results through cross functional engagements.
Your typical day at Zoomcar will look like:
– Identifying key issues and bottlenecks in the process of delivering top-notch customer experience
– Planning and leading initiatives to improve customer experience for hosts and renters alike
– Help us align our Product, Operations and Support programs to ensure best in class customer experience
– Anticipate and plan for challenges that can arise in the near future with scale
– Ideate scalable process and product changes to ensure overall efficiency
– Coordinate and work with ground operations teams to implement the formulated projects
– Analyze the impact (ROI) of these projects
– Highlight improvements in existing processes and design new ones which will help the city teams to grow faster and in a sustainable way
– Since the processes are to be implemented across cities, it is important that the APM is able to communicate, drive and motivate cross-functional teams to work together
