YAY SHOP – AVP – Customer Success (2-6 yrs)

Looking for a smart, energetic and growth focused Customer Success manager to join our early-stage startup as a core team member. The candidate would be working closely with the founders and be part of a small, growing team.

The right candidate would be a self-starter, passionate about customer experiences & willing to hustle and grow the the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Regularly talk to customers to understand their experiences

– Set up and streamline customer experience flows.

– Asses trends, shape customer acquisition strategy & generate ideas for product development

– Develop a back-funnel to pass on customer feedback and consistently improve products

– Be the face of the company for customers.
