VP – Tech Transition – Program & Project Management – F&A Process – BPO/ITeS (16-25 yrs)
Relationship / Stakeholder management
Builds relationships with key client Director and C-Level executives (technology and business) as well as account and delivery team leads that facilitates open communication and trust
Governance :
Responsible for ensuring all teams deploying technology have proper governance in place including but not limited to:
– Capacity and demand management
– Escalation management
– Workstream status reporting
– Issue and risk management
Project Management:
– Coordinate with client Director and C-Level executives to align organisation and client dependencies and milestones
– Responsible for ensuring the overall work plan includes all client and teams’ dependencies
– Responsible for overall technology risk and issue resolution management
– Manage client escalations to assign appropriate resources and inform client and internal stakeholders of progress / status
– Manages the Technology transition Leads (TMLs) for each technology work stream
– Responsible for overall technology financials, including providing appropriate financial inputs into internal financial management systems

Role & Skills –
– Candidate should have good knowledge of Technology project management
– Role would involve deployment of Tool & technology across organisation’s offering including F&A, PTP, RTR, OTC
– It includes providing Governance and Guidance for technology deployment
– Should be able to understand and take care of multiple offerings
– Candidate must have transformation experience across F&A, PTP, OTC, RTR, Talent & HR, or Procurement domain
– Hands on exp on Tradeshift, Cadency, Blackline, Ariba, Coupa, Workday – will be an added advantage
