This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank Call center as a Unit Head – Outbound
Experience: 8+ 10 years in Outbound process servicing of financial products in Banking
NOTE: Looking for candidates from Banking Only
Location: Mumbai
Job role:
– Managing a team of officers and team leaders handling outbound calls for banking retail liabilities products
– Responsible for Recruitment and People retention
– Responsible for Portfolio management , Sales and campaign Objectives.
– Core delivery on Sales, Portfolio Management & Campaign objectives
– Identifying suitable vendor for Contact Center and execution of onboarding process; comprising
– Commercials and Agreement, IT & Tele setup, Hiring, Training, Defining SLA, Quality Desk, etc
– Managing the Life cycle of Priority Customers and cross-selling.
– Managing customer escalation
– Liasioning with different team line Business and Product business impact factors an solving the issues.
– An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.
