Team Manager – Operations – BPO (5-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Ensure adherence to company and process guidelines within established productivity standards
– Provide supervision and direction to the team and manage their day-to-day activities
– Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members
– Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance
– Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task
– Collects, measures, analyzes, evaluates, interprets, and summarizes data
– Generating reports to be used for performance evaluation of the project
– Cascade and train the team on process updates
– Mentor employees by ensuring productivity along with 100% quality
Skills Required:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in handling team for international process
– Quick learner and ability to lead a team
– Excellent communication & presentation skills Willing to work in fast-growing environment
– Ready to work in Night Shift at Indore Office
– Flexibility with respect to shift timings
– Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
– Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
– Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline
– Passion for learning and creative problem solving
Salary offered: 15-20LPA
