Team Lead/Assistant Manager – Title Search – BPO (2-8 yrs)
Job Description:
– Setup a team of Title Searchers and leading them.
– Training of the Title Search team.
– Conduct and review Title Searches in addition to training and leading the team.
– Actively participate in operations of Title Search for multiple states of USA and handle the TAT’s.
Desired Skill Set:
– Strong knowledge of Title Industry
– Experience in Two Owner Search, Limited Search and Full Search.
– Experience and knowledge of online sites / applications such as Netroline, Data trace, Title point, Data Tree etc.
– Knowledge of MS Office
– Leadership quality and ability to manage the project as well as the team.
– Should be open to work in the Night shift
– Ready to relocate to Mumbai
