Roles and Responsibilities:
– Drafting, negotiating, reviewing corporate contracts based on global statutes.
– Understanding of global data protection practices and policies.
– Maintaining Legal Database.
– Organizing and tracking case documentation.
– Proactively tracking regulatory changes across the geographies & building the compliance database.
– Perform Legal Research .
Minimum Qualifications:
– Law degree from a premium law school of India with PQE 2-3 years
– A Masters degree in IPR will be an added advantage.
