Job Description – The Service Head is a Leadership Position which reports directly to the MD and the person would be expected to lead a team of service technicians and sales support executives with the responsibilities of setting up and managing a service distribution network as well as outsourced call centres

– Is one of the leading organisations in the Architectural Hardware Industry as well as in the Electronics Security Systems space and has its headquarter in Delhi-NCR with manufacturing locations across the country working on implementing the latest technologies with vast range of product portfolios
Description :
– Lead and integrate the Service Team across Architectural Hardware and Electronics Security Segment
– Implement a strong and resilient Service Distribution network which would involve working and Co-coordinating with internal as well as 3rd party dealer distributor external stakeholders
– Lead Development/Enhancement of existing CRM application and to introduce an IVR System to improve customer engagement and increase automation
– Monitor top tier customer problems to ensure a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions
– Manage all external service providers and review yearly Annual Maintenance Contracts as needed to be able to maximise profitability
– Proposes modifications to service processes wherever required and actions on implementing the same
– Support Sales/BD team as and when required
Profile :
– Candidates with 8-15 years of experience and a strong background in Service Delivery
– Education qualification of B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
– Good communication skills and Stakeholder Management
– Highly Technical as well as Analytical – Can absorb and interpret data to escalate abnormalities to Senior Management
– Service Level Agreement (SLA) knowledge to guarantee proper and professional support parameters
– Strong Leadership Skills with an ability to manage large team sizes as the role would require the Service Head to manage a team of technicians and sales support executives
