Senior Role – ADR Center (15-20 yrs)
– Overseeing the functioning of the center
– Engagement with the Stakeholders for the advancement of work of the center
– Formulation and implementation of strategy & plans to develop the market for the ADR services
– Responsible for meeting the budget expectations of the center and managing P/L
– Responsible to run the center as a profit center
– Engagement with third-party service provider for maintaining and up keeping the digital services to the Centre
– Keeping a tab on the development in ADR space in India as well as overseas and taking necessary steps for advancing the policy and advocacy effort of the center
– Conducting and organizing conferences, workshops, webinars for Centre
– Representing the Centre in the various forums
– Responsibility for maintaining the record of the center
Key Skills:
– Proven track record of 5-10 years in the field of Arbitration and Mediation
– Minimum experience of 5 years in Management, Business Development of legal services
– Thorough knowledge of policies, regulations, and academic standards; rules and regulations on all matters viz. Legal and Arbitration set-up in India
– Deep understanding of the Commercial contracts and dispute resolution
– Experience in digital execution of Arbitration and Mediation services
– Well networked within corporates & Legal Fraternity
Educational Experience: LLM / LLB / Certification in Arbitration & Mediation MBA (Additional and not mandatory qualification)
Work Experience: The overall experience of 15-20 years
