Senior Manager – Quality Process Excellence – Lean Six Sigma/Black Belt (8-12 yrs)

Looking for Sr. Manager Quality Process Excellence – Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Insurance, Reinsurance) Property & Casualty with Insurance client in Delhi/NCR

– Lead operational excellence projects using Lean tools/Six Sigma methodology

– Deliver trainings on quality concepts/ tools and Lean Six Sigma to build Quality DNA

– Track Quality DNA building within the organization and improve penetration

– Partner with teams across diverse business functions (like Underwriting Services, Insurance Operations) to translate business processes into process maps using a process mapping tool (like Visio)

– Perform data and process analysis to implement improvement opportunities (like reduction of non-value add activities, automation of work)

– Research for industry/business best practices, and benchmarks for processes mapped

– Manage desktop automation opportunities through VB macro, Power BI & Power automate

– Graduate with 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in MIS/Process Improvement role

– Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt certified

– Proficient in using MS Office tools – Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate

– Strong working knowledge of MIS reporting and management

– Hands on experience in developing Power BI dashboards and creating power automate workflows

– Hands on experience in creating advanced Excel Macro based automations
