About the Role:

Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in the organization by driving proactive improvement projects across various business function.

Job Description:

1. Drive process improvement & transformational projects on key business problems

2. Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives

3. Should be able to in due diligence activities to proactively identify improvement ideas

4. Individual Contributor Role

5. Change Management

6. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, controls, and related standards

7. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills

8. DNA development through training & mentoring functional members to foster Process Excellence Culture

Educational Qualification / Work EXperience:

1. BE / B.Tech /MBA / PG with 10+ Years of overall work experience with Minimum of 5+ year experience in Process Excellence/Black Belt Role

2. Certified Black Belt

3. Process Improvement Techniques/Certification (Lean, Six Sigma)

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Process Mapping

6. Data Analysis

7. Ability to identify and implement process re-engineering projects

8. Microsoft Tools – Advanced Excel, Visio, Word & Access

9. Strong Project Management Skills

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in in the organization

11. Capability to conduct workshops on Process Excellence Tools & Techniques

12. Experience documenting Business Process flows, Creating/Updating Standard Operation Procedures, and documenting business

13. Experience in training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma Projects
