Senior Manager – Legal – Pharma/FMCG – LLB (8-12 yrs)
Job Purpose: To support the Legal team in matters pertaining to Global Supply Chain & Operations. To handle matters pertaining to capital procurement, API contracts, TP and Loan License contracts, CDA, Quality Agreements etc. and to handle factory compliance matters including show cause notices.

Experience : 8 to 12 years relevant experience
Preferred Industry: Pharma or FMCG
Job Responsibility:
– Contracts and agreements – Drafting and/or reviewing legal agreements for domestic and international matters.
– Appearing before courts/authorities for contentious matters.
– Strategizing on probable solutions, briefing external counsels and handling the matters efficiently.
– Looking after the legal Compliance globally.
– In depth knowledge of industry practice, laws, regulations & understanding business exigencies with ability to perform in pressure.
