What you’ll be doing:
– Implement an integrated managed solution to enrich solution options and drive growth through increased win rates – Execute a systematic approach to manage the opportunity pipeline for both hunting and mining activities – Articulate unique and competitive solutions leveraging our consulting capability to enable broader opportunities
– Deliver innovative and compelling proposals efficiently – Govern and ensure brand consistency
– End to end Client On-boarding, reporting and closely working with internal/external clients
– Process Governance activities
– Record management and business intelligence for the Solutions group
– Maintain hygiene of opportunity records, measure and report key metrics like engagement ratio and win rates
– Engage with the opportunity owners, QC & support on proposals that ensure our best possible offer both in terms of configured GIS or technology
– Maintain guardrails and undertake process governance initiatives like contract cycle, salesforce cycle, finance rate reviews, solution & transition involvement, enhancement projects etc. Reporting metrics & weekly dashboards
– Track and execute on project checklists and support business & functions on key deliverables
– Maintain risk registers for transition projects and manage mitigation actions
– Liaising with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication
– Leading weekly project review calls with both internal and external stakeholders
– Preparing / reporting project status periodically
– Developing and maintaining an exhaustive project plan for each project assigned
What you’ll bring to the team:
– Overall experience of more than 10 years and industry experience (Insurance) of more than 3 years
– Flexibility and work in collaboration with global functions and stakeholders
– Self-motivated, displays ownership and passion about driving completion
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to identify risks, and have an eye for detail
– Basic understanding of business operations
Preferred experience/skills: Pre-sales / Project Management experience – Insurance Certification – Process improvement (Lean 6 sigma) – Proficiency in MS Office & MS Visio – MP training or certification
