Senior Manager/AVP/VP/Director – Operations – BPO (10-20 yrs)

Role:

Director/AVP/Sr Manager/Manager – Operations

We are looking for candidates with:-

– Full time MBA/B.Tech from top 15 MBA/Engineering Institutes

– Have strong problem solving and decent communication skills

– Have track record of moving key business metrics using RPA/Process Transformation (Key parameter)

– Look forward to work in a fast paces, high growth environment. Can afford to spend long hours in office.

– Are ready to relocate to Indore (non-negotiable)

Experience:

– Experience of managing team size of 100-500 for period of 3-5 years

– Overall team management experience of 8-10 years

– Worked in international voice/non-voice processes for at least 5 years

Responsibilities:

– Manage Client success – Consistently exceed SLA targets, process improvement targets

– Team Management and Coaching – Guide and groom current and potential team leaders, assistant managers

– Design and Implement internal KRAs aligned with client success and Organization

– Independently create and modify SOWs, Client Review presentations, BCP documents

– Create number driven capacity models to fulfil volume targets as per seasonal
