– Knowledge of customer-requirement trends and issues within industry verticals and ability to proactively target pain-areas
– Thorough understanding of sales cycles and buying process, funnel and pipeline management
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Building proposals and interaction with internal delivery, finance, legal, marketing teams in developing account specific communication
– Pre-sales support in the form of responding to RFPs, RFIs, preparing proposals, presentations, creating research and business reports, handling client visits. The role basically pertains to offshore client/account relationship management
– Good knowledge and exp in RFP, bid management, pre-sales and end to end business solutions and good domain knowledge.
