NCLT Head/Senior NCLT/IBC Lawyer – Financial Sector (12-16 yrs)
Job Description :
– Looking after NCLT cases
– Filing of Section 7 application against the corporate client
– Filing of Section 95 against guarantors in NCLT and DRT
– Interaction with Interim Resolution Professionals and Liquidators.
– Managing a team of 5 people
– Strategy formulation
– Reviewing cases before filing
– Managing and coordinating with external lawyers
– Specific experience in Insolvency / Bankruptcy matters required, IBC 2016 experience mandatroy
– Preference will be given to lawyers with experience in any Financial sector company
