Role Objective
This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking. The role requires acumen of managing process improvement
Role Responsibilities
– He/ She should be the process ops improvement person focussed on improving customer and sellers experience in Moglix.
– Responsible for driving various programs working closely with Ops/ tech/ finance/ Supply chain/ Warehouse teams.
– Will work on process automations, developing better ways of communications like bots, grievance resolution, social media reputation management etc
Qualification & Experience
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, driving multiple programs.
Should have demonstrated capacity to identify problems based on data analysis/ propose solutions and get it implemented by multiple stakeholders
Can have experience in Product/ Project/ Program Management for any e commerce
Knowledge/Skills
Excellent in communication & people management skills
Good at understanding new processes/ understanding data/ process building and SOP implementation
Should be good at getting work done through multiple teams.
Education B. Tech & MBA – Tier 1/1.5 college
