Manager/Senior Manager – Quality – Claims – Payer – US Healthcare Process (7-12 yrs)

The aforesaid opportunity is with a business process management (BPM) client that focuses on back office processing, contact centers and HRO solutions.

Position: Mgr/Sr. Mgr – Quality (Claims)

Location: Bangalore/Night Shift

Mandatory ask:

7+ years Overall Experience / 2+ Years- Experience In US Healthcare Claims / Open To Working Night Shifts

Key Parameters:

– Overall 7+ years of experience of which 2 years in US healthcare claims exp mandatory.

– Strategic Thinking – Big picture perspective & business acumen.

– Driving Results – Planning & organising, directing & monitoring, accountability, problem solving & decision making.

– Partner with Customers – Relationship building, communication & passion for excellence.

– Lead People – Managing self, inspiring others & managing teams.
