– Handling statutory meetings like Board Meeting, Committee Meetings, AGM / EGM, Postal Ballots, etc.
– Driving digital technology in Secretarial Department
– Co-ordination for Familiarisation program and handling Performance Evaluation of Directors
– Ensuring compliance of Insider Trading Regulations and Code of Conduct policy
– Preparation & Maintenance of Statutory Records like Minutes, Statutory Registers
– Co-ordination for Secretarial Audit (both quarterly & annual)
– Drafting of Annual Report documents like theme, DR, CGR, MDA etc.
– Designing of Annual Report
– Budgeting for Secretarial department plus expense management
– Liasioning with various authorities, agencies, stakeholders and business partners
