Manager – Order To Cash – Operational Excellence – BPO (12-17 yrs)
– The O2C Manager Operational Excellenceis responsible for driving operational excellence within the team.
– This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. countries), O2C team in Hub and GSO / GPO team to ensure execution of quality services, as well as process and system efficiency initiatives, while maintaining controls and reporting requirements.
