Manager – Operations – General Insurance (10-17 yrs)
JD: General insurance operation
– Opportunity to work on General insurance related initiatives with key stakeholders of the Insurance industry in the country.
– Collaboration with internal teams- product, business finance, customer service, etc to monitor and manage the category daily
– Build, run and refine a grievance and complaint handling process in line with the regulatory and insurer’s expectations
– Build a ‘customer listening process’ and deliver inputs to insurers, insurance business heads and other relevant internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
– Benchmark customer experience and processes with other internal categories as well as competition insurers – hence acting as a catalyst for improving process design for customer experience Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal stakeholders
– Work with data to help grow the business through interventions on product and technology
– Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting from time to time. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel is a must
– Customer first attitude with a strong execution bias
– Coordinating with CS teams and handling escalations on a day to day basis to provide prompt resolution to customers
– Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations
– Experience of working with a highly skilled team across all functions
