Manager – Litigation – EduTech (6-10 yrs)
– Drafting of written statements, evidence, interim applications, submissions, case summaries in litigation matter primarily Consumer cases,Vetting,
– Preparing replies to legal notices
– Arbitration
– Organize, manage and update case management system
– Organize, manage and update case materials
– Provide litigation and internal project support to IP Litigation team, including managing coordination tasks between external and internal partners
– Act as IP Litigation point of contact for administrative projects involving internal and external partners of paralegal, legal operations, or similar experience
– Organization experience and attention to detail
– Client service experience
– Experience working independently on day-to-day work
– Experience with Microsoft Office applications
– Experience working in a team environment
– Intellectual Property law experience
– Experience with IPFolio or other case management software platforms
