Manager – Legal – Pharma – CS & LLB (7-9 yrs)

We are looking candidates for Manager Legal at Mumbai.

Company Industry : Pharma

Experience : 7+ years

Qualification : CS & LLB

Job Responsibility:

– Negotiating, Drafting and Finalizing of contracts with Vendors, Suppliers, Customers and Banks.

– Liaise with Corporate on material legal and commercial matters as per company policy.

– Coordinate with Finance and Sales Team to arrive at an understanding with other parties.

– Coordination with respective division of the Company to finalize the commercial understandings

– Reply to Notices from various authorities

– Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written

– Should have the below competencies

– Good working knowledge of legal and commercial function

– Strong Negotiation Skill

– Risk Taking

– Influencing Others

– Self Motivated and independent worker.

– Communication skills, assertiveness and business acumen.

Threshold Requirement in the Job role ( additional but not mandatory)

– Understanding of Pharma industry

Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year

– Accuracy in drafting the commercial agreements

– Acting as business partner to BD
