Job Title – Litigation Head

Co – A Leading BFSI

Job Location – Kurla

Responsibilities

– Draft Legal Notices/reply in Recovery/Non recovery matters

– Initiate & handle Sec 138, Arbitration, SARFAESI Proceedings or any other recovery proceedings depending on the transaction for Pan India cases

– To visit police stations as and when required

– To represent the cases filed by the company and against Company

– Filing civil suit or execution cases for enforcement of award

Preferred Skills

– Knowledge & expertise in SARFAESI, Arbitration, DRT, IBC, 138 processes & practices

– Understanding of Retail Mortgage product – HL & LAP AND Consumer loan/personal loans etc

– Well-versed with the laws related to recovery
