Legal Role – International Law – IT (6-13 yrs)

Legal- International Law- below is the JD

– To support in US IPO documentation, procedures, corporate governance and investor guidelines.

– To maintain investor relations, maintain cordial Public Relations with all related IPO parties and address their issues.

– To support in obtaining government approvals; complying with regulatory compliance/procedures.

– To handle drafting, negotiation & end-to-end execution of contracts including international contracts;

– To Support legal head on M&A’s .

– To study & implement local law state-wise for all group Companies.

– Open to work on any assignments as may be assigned by Reporting Manager.
