Legal Document Review Manager (8-20 yrs)
The Document Review Managers primary responsibilities include:
– document review workflow development and planning
– designing controls, processes and ways of working in a way which respects business requirements and delivers on operational excellence
– supervision and coordination of Contract Review Team (2-3 junior/mid-level legal professionals)
– communication with key project stakeholders in the global legal team and Legal Operations Unit
– project measurement and reporting
– first line of quality assurance of contract drafts and markups for delivery to members of the legal team and/or directly to the businesses and functions
– delivery of document review tasks and projects on time and on budget
The candidate should be working currently at a legal services firm
