Leadership Role – Presales – F&A Domain – BPO (15-25 yrs)

– Design F&A Services across multiple customers

– Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and articulate the Best-in-class solutions

– Experience in Delivering or Selling F&A Services is important

– Ability to articulate Digital solutions and value levers in Finance

– Lead team in creating responses for RFPs/RFIs and in creating winning theme for F&A services

– ‘Craft a deal’ by providing thought leadership to clients on art of possible. Should be a versatile story-teller

– Prepare/Review solution is as per client requirement, plan for Solution defense.

– Work with Delivery and Transition to create a winning solution defense.

– Lead team to create FTE estimation, transition plan and conduct due diligence for validating the solutions.

– Support in creation of SOW and contract negotiation.

– Hand over to delivery and hand hold where required till the project is on steady state.

– Ability to conduct the customer workshops

– Ability to write white papers on F&A Delivery/transformation/solutions
