Lawyer – Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity – LLB/LLM (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

– Domestic & cross border M&A transactions, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc

– Due diligence, documentation, execution of transactions

– Drafting and negotiations of all legal documents

– Advising on structuring deals

– Advising on complex legal issues

Requirements :

– LLB / LLM

– Minimum 3+ years of experience in M&A, PE, VC, JV etc

– Experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions

– Ability to effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
