Lawyer – FinTech – LLB (3-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliances

– Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial contracts, Service Level Agreements, Agreement related to Fintech Services, Software Agreements, NDA’s etc

– Draft and negotiate banking and finance transactions

– Manage regulatory and compliance related services

– Conducting legal research

Desired Candidate Profile:

– LLB with 3+ years PQE from a reputed law firm / Fintech Industry

– Strong experience and industry knowledge in laws related to Banking and Finance

– Good knowledge and experience of the RBI Act, the Banking Regulation Act, IRDA, FEMA among others

– Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
