Kristal Advisors Private Ltd. presently operates as a Registered Investment Advisor under the jurisdiction of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

We are looking for a compliance officer to handle the regulatory compliance and the related operations of this entity

Key responsibilities will include :

– Develop and implement an effective compliance program

– Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them

– Manage regulatory filings/audit

– Draft and revise company policies

– Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses

– Evaluate business activities(e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk

– Collaborate with regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders

– Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

– Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices

– Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

– Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals

– KYC verification for clients
