– Advising on matters related to infrastructure projects in various jurisdictions

– Vetting various contracts

– Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including production sharing agreements, joint operating agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, farm-in agreements, consortium agreements, employment agreements, gas sales agreements, concession agreements, manpower supply agreements, master services agreements, lease agreements, heads of agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding etc

– Experience in top law firms mandatory
