General Manager – Banking BPO Solutions
Job Description :
– Analyze client situation presented in RFI / RFP documents and suggest transformation solution to client leveraging all optimization interventions across retail / commercial banking
– Respond to RFP / RFI responses
– Anchor onsite assessments internationally and within India to evaluate client banking processes landscape
– Analyze client landscape through received documentation and onsite studies and suggest transformation solutions leveraging best practices, Automation / RPA and analytics interventions
– Coordinate with all stakeholders / seek sign offs and close solutions
– Articulate solution through depictions in solution presentations / RFP / RFI response / proposal documents
– Work out project costing / pricing and get necessary approvals
– Finalise solutions and take deals to closure
– Make solution presentation to clients / anchor client visits
– Frequent international and domestic travel
Required Candidate Profile :
– Currently in to Banking (retail and Commercial) presales / transformation at a BPO firm / Sr. Professionals working at global banks
– Around 10 – 15 years of total experience with at least 8+ years of experience in to Banking presales / solutions & transformation
– Willing to travel internationally
– Ability to undertake assessment at client site and make client presentations
– Knowledge of leading Banking platforms, transformation solutions
– Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies viz. RPA and their application across Banking processes
– Abreast with Banking processes best practices & metrics, SSC best practices and transformation / automation interventions
