– Deep conceptual knowledge in entire SCM domain. Knowledge of Order Management function is much desired.
– Expertise in managing large scale programs & Supply chain deals (minimum 50 million USD + total deal value), project management (diverse projects) across geographies.
– Experience in managing solutions meetings with senior stakeholders in customer organization
– A background in working in a large scale BPO /BPM firm .
– Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team (minimum 1000+ fte- s) and delivering large scale projects
– A Thought leader with knowledge of latest project management practices and Industry trends with strong business & financial acumen.
