Head – Presales – Supply Chain Domain – BPO/BPM (20-25 yrs)
– A high visibility role in Supply chain (SCM) Presales, Solutions and Program management with strong prior experience in Pre Sales Support and Solution development and providing advisory for any prospective deals and responding to various Requests for proposals (RFPs) including presenting the solution to customers.
– Our esteemed client is looking for a Senior Leader for leading Presales team in SCM that runs across industries like Retail, CPG, Energy etc. An SCM deep domain expert with 20+ years of experience of Solution and Delivery in SCM services, handling minimum 1000 fte’s and large scale deals offering solution creation for SCM & Procurement for both domestic and international coming from large scale BPO /BPM setup .

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Building solutions for SCM & Procurement managing growth and mining in existing SCM accounts for various industry segments like Retail,CPG,Energy etc .
– Selling SCM services and engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing.
– Leading team in creating responses for RFPs/RFIs and in creating winning theme
– Preparing/Reviewing solution as per client requirement; plan for Solution defense
– Leading large teams located across multiple cities in India and across the world, managing 1000+ fte- s
– Supporting Delivery with problem solving in key items and with COE support
– Supporting in creation of SOW and contract negotiation.
– Extensive focus on due diligence and solutioning
REQUIREMENTS :
– Graduate/Post graduate with 20+ yrs of post qualification experience in handling large scale end to end SCM presales, entire process till customer on boarding.
– Deep conceptual knowledge in entire SCM domain. Knowledge of Order Management function is much desired.
– Expertise in managing large scale programs & Supply chain deals (minimum 50 million USD + total deal value), project management (diverse projects) across geographies.
– Experience in managing solutions meetings with senior stakeholders in customer organization
– A background in working in a large scale BPO /BPM firm .
– Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team (minimum 1000+ fte- s) and delivering large scale projects
– A Thought leader with knowledge of latest project management practices and Industry trends with strong business & financial acumen.
