Hiring for Operations Head for Fintech Industry

Job Description :

– Planning, budgeting and implementing effective processes and standards in coordination with senior management

– Supervise operations teams in customer acquisition, settlements and reconciliations

– Ensure support to the operations teams in terms of training, systems etc for smooth functioning of the operations processes

– Ensure support to on-ground customer acquisition teams in terms of training, handling objections etc

– Improve processes to reduce TAT

– Handle cost budgets and optimize processes for least cost per activation

– Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

– Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

– Overseeing compliance with regulations

– Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

– Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution

– Help analytics teams with setting up appropriate monitoring and data analytics for enhancing efficiency in the operations process
