Head – Legal – NBFC (15-18 yrs)
Urgently looking for Head Legal for a leading NBFC in Delhi.
Job Role
– Handling & responding to legal queries of different business verticals
– Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating and modification of Loan Agreements, contracts, and agreements related documents
– Conducting of legal due diligence on properties for creation of mortgage (i.e. by equitable mortgage or registered mortgage or by extension of mortgage), on pan India basis preparation of mortgage documentation and advising internal teams on legal queries, documentation and stamp duty.
– Drafting & Vetting of security documentation i.e. Mortgage documentation, Pledge Agreements, Hypothecation, Security Trustee Agreements.
– Vetting of Consortium documentation and documentation under multiple Banking arrangements.
– Standardization of documentation (i.e. setting up of documentation grid) for internal teams.
– Credit Documentations and advises on credit related issues.
– Vetting of Bank Guarantees, Counter Guarantees, SBLC’s etc. and advises on the queries pertaining to the same.
– Vetting of all sorts of escrow agreements.
