Head of Legal – Leading Healthcare Medical Company – Mumbai.

The Organization (About the Client):

India’s leading Healthcare Medical Service provider organization with operations in India and overseas.

The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):

– The incumbent would be responsible for leading the legal function reporting to the MD.

– He will have to handle existing cases,

– Legal risk mitigation strategy from legal point of view.

– Business partnering support on bid documents and contracts especially PPP projects.

The Person (Candidate Details):

Experience

i) Age : 47-53 yrs

ii) Male / Female

iii) LLB / LLM

iv) Last 5 years as Head of Legal in an operation of more than INR.500+ cr. Organization.

v) Strong experience in Labour intensive sectors/Services related organizations and has handled more than 10000+ Blue collar workers.

vi) Good understanding of dealing with CBI/ED

vii) Good understanding of Labour cases, Motor Transport Workers Act and able to strategize large volume of cases.

viii) Broad understanding of RTI matters

ix) Good knowledge of working/drafting Government Contracts/Agreements etc.

x) Excellent Communication and People Skills

xi) Good crisis manager

xii) Maturity, street smartness,

xiii) Well networked

xiv) Solution centric approach
