Working Timings : 6 am to 11.30 pm Window ; Flexible ; 5 days working
– The Head of Data Management & Operations Services will lead the Knowledge Centre operations teams in providing services to the firm across a range of business processes.
– Our Operations teams are responsible for the accuracy and ensuring the integrity of our proprietary knowledge management systems.
– They play a key role in creating a robust foundation of rich data, documentation, reports and quality insights thereby enabling our businesses globally with their client work.
– As a leader of this dynamic team, your role involves managing the operations deliverables while exploring new ways of creating process efficiencies.
– You will provide leadership to the operations team in developing solutions and create greater value for the firm.
The role reports to the KCI Chief Operating Officer.
