Glenmark Pharmaceuticals – Legal Consultant – Contractual (3-6 yrs)

Position Summary: Drafting, vetting and negotiating of agreements & advising relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholders: R & D, Clinical Operations, Glenmark Aquatic Foundation and a few other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

– Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing Agreements in line with the business understanding and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation for the Company.

– Understanding the requirements of the stakeholders, analyzing the risk involved and advising stakeholders.

Education: LL.B.

Experience: 4 to 5 years (preferably in Pharma)

Remote Working: No.

Please note that this position will be on a 9 month contract, based out of our Andheri Head Office.
