Job Description :

General Manager Operations for a leading Domestic BPO / ITES Company

Location : Nagpur

CTC – Upto 23 lpa

Candidate with eCommerce background will be given preference

Responsibilities :

– The candidate will have span upto 400 FTE for a leading Ecommerce Client

– Candidate should have experience of managing large span in BPO space.

– Complete knowledge on PnL management and efficient control of margins

– Delivery of all services as per KPI/ SLAs agreed with clients

– Establish and retail high levels of client engagement and relationship

– Communicate and collaborate with clients to enhance business and optimize cost and productivity

– Identify and drive opportunities to enhance customer experience

– Drive Digitization and RPA deployment

– Identify process reengineering opportunities
