Executive Director/Centre Head – Offshore Subsidiary – Bank (15-25 yrs)

Executive Director/ Centre Head in offshore subsidiary of Foreign Bank

– Provide Senior Leadership to the company to achieve vision. Work with the Company Board and Management to plan and deliver strategies

– Manage the entity’s budget effectively and implement a governance structure that facilitates adherence to controls. Budget managed to plan, seeking out cost benefits as and where applicable.

– Fully understand overseas stakeholder requirements and strategies and support effective implementation

– Drive a customer enhancing approach to improve customer satisfaction/service and reduce complaints and improve service proposition as per annual goals

– As an authorised signatory for an Indian entity, manage the relationship between the Bank’s Indian operations and the overseas entity to ensure effective delivery of services

The Successful Applicant:

– More than 10 years of Senior Leadership experience in offshore banking / financial services is essential

– Experience of managing large offshore Centre for global entities is big plus

– Experienced offshore leader in the banking or finance industry esp. in US and UK mortgages background

– General Management experience across BPO functions

– Experience in managing large teams and driving P/L for the local entity and have worked with the Company Board and Management to plan and deliver strategies

– Experience in building effective and productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
