Director – Presales – Finance & Accounts Domain – BPO/BPM (23-30 yrs)

A high visibility role in Finance & Accounts Presales, Solutions and Program management with strong prior experience in Pre Sales Support and Solution development and providing advisory for any prospective F&A deals and responding to various Requests for proposals (RFPs) including presenting the solution to customers.

Our esteemed client is looking for F&A deep domain expert with 24+ years of experience (understanding multiple towers P2P, O2C, R2R), handling minimum 1000 ftes and large scale F&A deals both domestic and international coming from large scale BPO /BPM setup .

– Providing best in class industry view, support existing and new engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, and transformation engagement, building new offerings and develop innovative assets

– Acting as a role model, identifying & creating career paths for building, engaging & retaining talent along with creating opportunities and promoting career growth by assessing performance and potential at all levels.

– Extensive focus on due diligence and solutioning


– CA + MBA (Finance) with 23+ yrs of post qualification experience in handling large scale end to end F&A presales, entire process till customer on boarding.

– F&A thought leaders and deep domain specialists in one of Tower eg PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A.

– Expertise in managing large scale programs & F&A deals (minimum 50 million USD + total deal value), project management (diverse projects) across geographies.

– A background in working in a large scale BPO /BPM firm .

– Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team (minimum 1000+ ftes) and delivering large scale projects
