Job Description

– Multinational Agribusiness setup looking to hire a DGM – Contract Management with 12+ years of experience. This position will be responsible for service delivery for contract management processes across the globe.

Our client is a leader in Agribusiness and Food sector. Involved in food processing, grain trading and fertiliser, they have more than 2 centuries of experience in the industry with unmatched global scale.


– Service delivery and process transformation – Contract management

– Set up & expand the delivery organization cutting across centers, Agri Value Chains & B2B business working closely with center leadership teams and Lead the delivery for processes such as contract creation/amendment SAP, contract long form / addendum issuance, contract maintenance, contract template and master data maintenance etc.

– Work towards creation of a global CoE for contract management that would cut across Agri value chain and businesses

– Collaborate and engage with leaders to ensure that service performance & reporting programs are aligned with functional and shared services short-term strategic initiatives and plans provide visibility to areas of risks, inter-dependencies of or conflicts with other business units and regional efforts, and recommend and/or implement solutions to address any issues / risks

– Support end-to-end process transformation initiatives, evaluating & proposing solutions related to the process transformation, new-age technologies, service locations, RPA opportunities; process performance management, with a focus on reducing process costs, increasing efficiency, and maximising investment returns

– Work with other Process delivery leaders at BBS to address any conflicts / overlaps in process ownership & work collaboratively to identify best solutions in line with industry best practices


– CA/MBA or equivalent with 12+ years of work experience in a similar role preferably in Agribusiness/ Commodity trading industry

– Exposure to CLM tools like DocuSign, Ariba CLM etc and knowledge of Agri contract terms GAFTA, FOSFA etc

– Experience in supporting large scale global transformation initiatives and understanding of shared services operating model

– Proven track record of building & managing teams of 50+ FTEs across all three shift

– Additional experience with Project Management/Lean/Six Sigma/PMO certification will be a plus
