Deputy General Manager – Lifescience – BPO (10-15 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities :

– Excellent communication and skills to articulate messaging

– BPO Industry preferred

– Hands on experience in solutioning large, multi-tower & transformative deals

– Good to have experience not only solutioning deals.

– Varied background in delivery, consulting and solutioning that brings value to the business solutions role

– Life sciences/Health care/ Insurance domain. Most of our new deals are in PV and commercial ops area and those are rather fast to learn

– Ability to have conversations and present propositions to leadership level

– Ability to drive development of executable solutions from a defined business need & architecture towards a Solution

– Shall perform the role of a trusted solutions advisor / Enterprise Solution architect

– Is expected to drive large transformation pursuits across the LS clientele- Existing and new

– Is expected to be part of large transformation programs including platform driven /enabled transformation programs

– Whiteboard > shape up the client thought process > evolve a conceptual solution > work with the eco-system and provide directions to the independent solution streams > stitch it together > iterate with the client deriving from a business need.

– Work with downstream specialist architects in defining / validating the complete technology solution

– Be a deal coach and advise the pursuit and solutioning team Integrate and evolve solution across advisory, business process and technology solution areas

– Need to stitch up an end to end solution with the help of other architects, consultants and external partners, horizontals which shall fit for purpose

– Need to be an integral part of the pursuits, Proposal defense
