1. Manage & Supervise the complete Tele engine for Lead Generation.
2. Set the right target for the team in terms of Lead Generation and Lead acceptance.
3. Identify the competitive team members and hire the same in given duration.
4. Drive the targets define on Daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
5. Call listening and Team coaching
6. Drive Triangulation calls wherever required
7. Partner engagement & Management
8. Weekly cadence with Internal and External stake holders
9. Able to Manage Pipeline and drive ROI
10. Coordination with different teams like Training, HR, Tech etc.
11. Responsible for P&L for the program.
