Customer Care – Lead: Experience Required: 8+ years.
Work Location: HSR, Bangalore
1. Should have excellent communication skills.
2. Language – English & Hindi, knowing Kannada would be added advantage
3. Should have a minimum of 8 years- experience in customer support role
4. Should have contact center working experience
5. Expertise in managing data and report generation in- MS Excel/Word/PPT’s
6. Should have managed a team of 50+ customer care executives.
7. Should be well versed with managing customer experience via social media, in App feedback, on call services.
8. Must be able to work with various stakeholders across tech and non-tech departments.
9. Desired candidate would be able to analyse data and trends of the customer feedback and generate insights.
10. Must have worked in a customer support team for at least 3 years in a budding startup environment.
11. Should be able to evaluate team members, review / resolve escalations and support process improvement.
