Corporate Lawyer – LLB (2-4 yrs)
– Handling corporate transactions like Merges, acquisitions, Venture capital funding
– Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
– Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions
– experience of working in full-service law firms in corporate practice, 2-4 years of law firm experience is required.
– advising clients on various corporate law, company law issues
– good drafting and negotiation skills
IMP : Similar law firm experience is mandatory after LLB
