– The role is inclusive someone having extensive experience in Change Management/Change Impact Analysis, someone who can drive the entire change strategies for the organization and its stakeholders. Conducting Change Management plans, implementing strategies, supporting Change Measurement activities.
– Candidate must possess strong experience in Digital Transformation projects, HR Transformation projects/ Change Management programs, RPA implementations.
– Looking for candidates with 4 to 12 years of experience in driving change management-related programs (change enablement strategy and associated interventions, change adoption organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness).
– In Addition, managing end-to-end change programs for technology-driven change, behavior change, culture change, change adoption. Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment.
