To ensure first level escalation of Motor cases are handled effectively, team is motivated and working in a comfortable environment & achieves their targets adhering to the industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Track and analyze performance to identify gaps and implement corrective action when required.

2. Handle escalations

3. Possess excellent leadership and management skills

4. Ensure people enhancement and development, Staffing, Timely Appraisals of all reporting – TL’s/AM’s

5. Identify training needs and manage attrition by creating a friendly culture within a team,

– Operations, customer Excellence, Analytics, Grievances, reports, team handling,

Candidate Attributes:

Excellent communication skills (written & Verbal)

Technical –

1. Experience of MS Office
