Experience – 3 to 4 years in Global regulatory compliance and implementation

 Foreign countries research – APAC, LATAM Latin America, Middle East, North America, Canada)

 Areas of Laws: Corporate Laws, Employment & Immigration, EHS, Employment Law, Tax and Payroll

– Research on International / Global laws and implementation

– Advise on regulatory and statutory laws across Globe

– Identify compliance requirement and create checklist for client based on laws, industry etc.

 Skills – Legal Research Techniques, Knowledge of Global and Domestic Law, Legal Interpretations, Client Management and Advisory, Good communication skills verbal and non-verbal,
