Byju's – AVP – Outsourcing Head (10-20 yrs)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior professional (AVP for the role of Head Outsourcing) who have managed large scale outsourcing, are technically savvy, have the ability to engage at the senior most level with very high executive presence. He will have an internal team of 8-10 people at various levels.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the entire outsourcing strategy for Byjus in the areas of technology, Process and Automation.

– Identify vendors for various requirements

– Negotiate and close the deals.

– Manage relationship with the senior leadership of these vendors

– Conduct WBR, MBR and QBR to ensure the vendors are performing as per the contract

– Be the evangelist of outsourcing within byjus. build the right solution with his team.

– Type of Outsourcing partners he needs to manage are technology Outsourcing, process outsourcing, capability outsourcing.

– He/ she will be managing around 10-15 outsourced vendors and an outsourced team of around 20,000 within 1 year
